This particular shade of green is really the same as the scum on the top of a pond but it's such a beautiful color. By Nils Thorsson for Royal Copenhagen, made in 1966. They call this glaze "Solfatara". 8 inches square.

HI, the name refers to a gaseaous sulfer volcano in Italy. It looks exactly like the rocks that are exposed to the sulfer gas in that crater.
