When it comes to Italian cased glass, this impressive Empoli centerpiece bowl is as good as it gets. Just acquired from an important private Manhattan collection.
 I have wanted to buy this piece for a long time, over ten years, but the collector would never part with it until the new husband who doesn't like chartreuse entered the room, and I left the room with the golden chalice so to speak. 13" wide & 10" tall.
