Denmark's Kähler company has been running as a ceramic factory for 175 years. This stunning blue-green grouping from the 1930s was created by a long-term studio artisan by the name of Jens Thirslund. The glaze is a fabulous mix of blues and greens - an intriguing variation in the viscosity of the glaze application gives the surfaces their textural complexity.
The most impressive of the group is urn shape on the left - 14.5" tall and 12" in diameter
The vase next to it is 15" and the smallest is 9" tall
