Paris or Rome?

A very fine pair of mid 19th Century "Grand Tour" bronze and marble urns in the Roman style. Made as souvenirs for wealthy travelers in the 18th and 19th Century visiting the excavations at Pompeii and other sites throughout Europe.
 Our pair are 17 inches tall and most likely French or Italian, 1850-1880
