DeLovely de Milo

A grand tour souvenir of Venus de Milo circa 19th century French was recently lent by us to stylist Theo Vamvounakis & photographer Keirnan Monaghan for a fantasy vanity shoot. This just published cosmetics story appears in WWD magazine. We love the tableau and think she would fit perfectly in your own deluxe powder room!

Fabulous French 50s

Signed and dated, 1957, by French artist Jean Claude Taburet, this artwork is painted and applied enamel on 2 square tiles. The cubist style and color palette, with the floating geometric shapes, give it a real French New Wave lightness, and are so evocative of the era.
15" x 9" - original cerused oak frame

Le Jazz Hot

A monumental pair of Barovier & Toso (attributed) Murano gold & black glass jazz musicians circa 1950. This is the largest and most spectacular pair of Murano glass figures we have ever had the pleasure of offering at 20 inches tall and 12 inches wide.

Barbini Bowls

A tasty sample of some of our most exciting Murano bowls - all by Barbini from the 1950s. I'm particularly enamored with the Spumoni style bowls above.
